Quoin Construction Consultants offers several different types of inspection services including Inspector of Record (onsite observation, documentation, and control) and Jurisdictional Inspections (agency staff augmentation). In addition, we can custom tailor a program for our clients’ horizontal and vertical inspection needs!
Construction Management
Quoin Construction Consultants offers what is typically known as Agency Construction Management, we act as the owner’s representative safe guarding their interest during every stage of the project. We offer Comprehensive Management, beginning with the original concept and project definition, which yields the greatest possible benefit to owners. Quoin Construction Consultants can represent the owner by assisting in the selection of the design and construction teams as well as manage the design preventing “scope creep.” We assist the owner to stay within a pre-determined budget by performing Value Engineering, Cost/Benefit Analysis, and Best Value Comparisons.
Quality Control Management
Quoin Construction Consultants offers Quality Control Management based on the system put forth by the Army Corps of Engineers. We offer varying levels of service from drafting, execution, to the physical implementation of a plan. We also provide Quality Control Specialist Inspections as well.
Code Enforcement
Sometimes Jurisdictions have a disconnect in their Code Enforcement program, the real question is, how to make existing program effective, and work for the community? Quoin Construction Consultants can review your existing program, and make suggestions on how it can be improved. In addition we can help you write stronger ordinances, train staff, work on cost recovery programs, increase Public awareness and improve public relations. We can work with your city attorney to develop a program that will be effective, efficient, and get results.
